30 September 2023. When Esak came to visit! He was leading a teacher training (that Carl was attending at the time) and popped down to visit us for a weekend! HOW LUCKY WERE WE!!!! An incredible workshop followed by a super tough class. Quite possibly, the hardest class we'd ever done - but of course, we all loved it!!!!
