Posture Mechanics Workshops
Designed for people who have regular practice and/or are familiar with the 26&2 sequence to join. It is not aimed at complete beginners to hot yoga.
Standing Series
A focused workshop on the standing postures of the 26&2 sequence. The room will be lightly heated, comfortable rather than full class heat. Expect demonstration, practice, discussion, and space for notes.
- Bring, two mats or borrow from the studio, plus two towels to cover the mats
- Wear, your regular hot yoga gear with an extra layer for down time
- Stay fuelled, bring water and snacks if you plan to stay for class after
Floor Series

Beginner Workshop
A gentle introduction to hot yoga. This workshop is designed to ease you into the practice, explain the basics, and build confidence before stepping into a full class. Dates and times to be confirmed.
