The 6 Week Challenge

Join the Yippie Yopi 6 Week Challenge to build consistent practice and supportive habits. Across six weeks we’ll focus on regular attendance, good hydration and recovery, simple nutrition, accountability, and community connection.

Open to everyone—from seasoned practitioners to first-timers—this challenge is designed to give you structure, coaching, and a crew to do it with.

Participation Requirements

  • Attend at least 4 classes per week.
  • At least 3 of those classes must be heated.

Pricing & Inclusions

Cost: $350 for the full 6-week period.

  • Unlimited membership at Yippie Yopi for the challenge window (1 Nov–12 Dec).
  • Workshops included (each runs 2 hours; Posture Mechanics may run 2–3 hours).
  • If you can’t attend live, workshop recordings will be sent to you.

Online Pre-Challenge Meet-Up

Open to everyone joining the challenge. A relaxed online session to meet the group, ask questions, and get set up for success. Wed 29 Oct, 6:00–6:45pm.

New to Yoga / the Studio / 26&2?

We’ve got a Beginner Workshop running the week before the challenge. If you’re new, you can attend this workshop for free. (Date & time TBC.)
