We believe the magic happens in the heat, and in the community that grows within it. We pride ourselves on our specialised expertise, we focus on heated classes, from the classic 26&2 sequence to our signature Hot HIIT Pilates. Our instructors are highly trained and passionate about what they do (you can meet our wonderful team here).
At Yippie, we offer a space for every body, whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned practitioner, you belong here. Our classes are designed to meet you where you are, with modifications and encouragement every step of the way. We're not just a studio; we're a community. We celebrate progress over perfection, and we genuinely care about your journey, on and off the mat. No pretension, no judgement. Just good people, good sweat, and good energy. We laugh, we challenge each other, and we show up as we are.
At Yippie Yopi, it's not just about the workout. It's about feeling stronger, calmer, and more connected, and having a bloody good time while you're at it.

Our spacious studio is heated by a state-of-the-art forced-air electric fan system, with temperature and humidity carefully controlled for each class style. Fresh air is also circulated during classes as needed, depending on the season.
The heat you experience can be influenced by many factors, such as how regularly you practice, how hydrated you are, when you last ate, the number of people in the room, your breathing, and outside conditions. Above all, we aim for consistency.

Welcome! You are absolutely in the right place. All of our classes are beginner-friendly, and we encourage you to go at your own pace. Our instructors are experienced in offering modifications and options for every level, so you can work within your comfort zone while still challenging yourself. We recommend arriving early to introduce yourself to the teacher, letting them know you're new, and simply doing what you can. Everyone starts somewhere, just show up, breathe, and enjoy the journey. The heat may feel intense at first, but your body will adapt over time.

Please consult with your healthcare provider before attending any class, especially if you have a pre-existing injury, illness, or medical condition. We recommend arriving early to speak with your instructor before class so they can offer modifications and adjustments to keep you safe. Listen to your body, it's always okay to rest, take child's pose, or step out of the room for a moment if you need to. Your safety is our priority.

We recommend bringing a yoga mat, a towel (you'll sweat a lot!), and a large water bottle to stay hydrated. We have mats and towels available for hire or purchase at the studio if you forget. Wear lightweight, breathable activewear that you don't mind getting very sweaty. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to get settled and acclimatise to the room. You can book via Mindbody to secure your place here.
