Classes on Offer
Original 26&2
Hot 90 minutes
Heated 38–40°C
The Original 26&2 sequence is a series of 26 postures practiced twice in each class. It’s ideal for beginners, as every posture can be modified to suit your fitness level, flexibility, or any injuries.
This practice builds focus, concentration, patience, and resilience. Movements are slow and steady, with each posture adjusted to your own body, making it accessible for everyone.
Benefits include improved strength, flexibility, stress relief, weight management, and injury prevention. Hydration is essential — drink plenty of water before and after class.
Compact 26&2
Hot 60 minutes
Heated 38–40°C
Compact 26&2 follows the same sequence as the Original 90-minute class, but shortened. Some postures are practiced once instead of twice, giving the class a quicker flow with fewer pauses.
It’s perfect if you’re short on time but still want the full benefits of hot yoga. Many students like to start with the 90-minute class before moving into the 60, as it helps you get familiar with the sequence first.
Express 26&2
Hot 45 minutes
Heated 38–40°C
Express 26&2 condenses the sequence even further into a half-length format. Each posture is practiced once, with slightly more rest between poses compared to the Compact class.
It’s the perfect option if you want an energising, focused class but with less time commitment.
Remember to drink plenty of water before and after class.
Yin Yoga
60 minutes
Warmed in winter · Room temperature in summer
Yin Yoga is a meditative practice consisting of long-held stretches without muscle tension, focusing on the deeper tissues of the body — tendons, ligaments, and fascia. The practice strengthens, stretches, and stimulates these areas to encourage more flexibility and freedom of movement, while simultaneously releasing deep tension and calming the nervous system.
Yin Yoga reduces stress, promotes regeneration, and leaves you feeling deeply relaxed. You will float out of class!
Hot HIIT
45–60 minutes
Heated 38–40°C
Hot HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is a dynamic, full-body workout set to energising music. Using interval training techniques, it combines cardio and strength exercises to tone, sculpt, and build stamina. Movements are low-impact but high-intensity, making it accessible for all fitness levels while still delivering powerful results.
Practiced in the hot room, Hot HIIT amplifies the benefits — increasing calorie burn, improving endurance, and boosting cardiovascular health. Expect to sweat, smile, and leave feeling strong and empowered.
